This is why I abandoned On30. No one is going to produce a 4-4-0. This is an IHC "HO" 4-4-0 with the ubiquitous Engineer Bill, it is really an OO/HO engine. It is a Virgina and Truckee 1873 prototype. I have always wanted to model the 1870's but was limited by equipment. I was searching the web and discovered an OO scale site and they discussed "HO" models that were really OO scale. I had an epiphany. I could realize my boyhood dream of modeling the era of big stacks and wooden cars. There is no viable 1870's equipment in any scale other than OO. Since OO/HO is the predominant scale in the United Kingdom there were little people and wagons to populate my 1870's world.
