This was Engineer Bill in his original incarnation. He is a Prieser 1/72 scale 1920's pilot. OO scale is 1/76 scale. I found I could use these highly detailed figures for the smaller scale with minor modifications. I shortened his legs and added a new arm from a Preiser 1/72 scale WWII German Army sprue.
